OrthoGraph Architect is an application dedicated to iPad, therefore it is sold through Apple's AppStore only. Please follow this link to get to the AppStore. Please remember that OrthoGraph Architect is dedicated to support the on-site work, it will not save or print a drawing in common formats. To do that you will need a dedicated professional application from OrthoGraph's on-line store.
