How can I get the software registration and activation codes?

When you buy an OrthoGraph product, you automatically get the software registration and activation codes. When you buy a boxed version of the particular product, the box will contain the registration card, and it will contain the activation card in it. The activation card should be in a closed cover (the registration card itself) and opened first by you. If it wouldn't be so, then please inform OrthoGraph about that at the support@orthograph.net address.

If you have downloaded the OrthoGraph product, then you will get the codes via e-mail shortly after purchase. The codes will be also contained by the info.PDF file provided to you by the online shopping center.

How do I have to register and activate the purchased software?

The registration of the software is done in parallel with the software activation. You don't have to do anything else than activating your OrthoGraph product.

The OrthoGraph Survey PDA component is protected by a software activation key. This means that after the installation of the PDA component there is a 30 days period, in which it must be activated using the provided activation information, otherwise after the 30th day the software will stop running. About this the application will start notifying the user 10 days before the expiration date.

The activation can be performed using the OrthoGraph ProjectManager, selecting the Tools\PDA Software Activation menu...

Can the demo version also be activated?

When you buy an OrthoGraph software product, you get automatically an installable version of that, and also the corresponding registration and acitvation information. After buying a license of the OrthoGraph, you have to remove the demo version and install the full version of the product.
